Refund Policy

If you buy from us, you can request a refund of what you paid for your purchase (without having to give a reason) within 30 days of payment.

Also, if you make a subscription with us, you can cancel at any time without having to give a reason.

Notice: although we will happily refund your money within 30 days, we reserve the right not to sell to you in the future.

How to Cancel a Subscription

Go to the “Orders” section of My Account and click the “Cancel” button next to your subscription.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

After you have cancelled any subscription you have with us using the procedure above, you can request a refund by contacting us using the form on this page: including the following details:

  • Your full name
  • The full name of the person who paid (if different from yours)
  • Your email address
  • If you paid with PayPal or another online wallet, the email address of the PayPal or other online wallet account
  • The date of your payment
  • The purchase you made for which you want a refund
  • The amount of the refund requested.

Refund Method

If you paid with Paypal, we will process the refund through Paypal. If you paid through a creit card, we will reverse the charge to your credit card. If you paid in cash, we will send the amount of money to a Paypal account from which you can withdraw to your bank account. If you do not have a bank account, we cannot guarantee the refund of your money, but we will try to come to an agreement over email as to another resolution for example by purchasing prepaid cellular telephone credit for you.

Time to Refund

We will initiate a complete refund of your money within 7 days of your request for a refund.

You must remember that we do not control the processing time of the other financial entities such as Paypal, the banks, and the credit cards. Once we have initiated the refund of your money, it may take a few days or weeks to finalize.

Special Note for In-Person Payments at Stores and Banks

If you have paid at a store or bank (such as 7 Eleven, or Oxxo in Mexico), probably you paid a commission to the company that processes the payments. We did not receive that money and therefore will not refund it.
